What makes you different and why should we choose Eastbound?

Just as importantly, we provide a service that helps you, our clients, feel comfortable throughout the whole build process.

Through our app, Buildertrend, you have full access to our scheduling system along with daily logs and photos to help you stay involved in the progress of your home.

We value communication and transparency, which is why we keep you informed every step of the way.

How do you guarantee a high quality build?

All Eastbound’s senior managers are from a trade background: qualified carpenters and builders.

They’ve spent their lives on the tools, so they know exactly what’s involved in every step of the construction process. Any mistakes, if they do happen, will be quickly identified and rectified. We strive to achieve above the VBA’s standards and tolerances.

Importantly, Jeff, our Founder, spends a great deal of his time on-site, keeping an eagle-eye on development, so he can spot any issues and guarantee your home’s quality.

We employ our own in-house team of carpenters for all the timber framing, which means your home is built to our high standard, on time, and within budget.

How much is my townhouse build going to cost?

Eastbound homes are affordable, without compromising on quality. For your peace of mind, we provide a fixed price quote with no hidden costs.

The final cost depends on the size, specifications, and finishes you choose. We’d be delighted to quote on your project.

How long is my townhouse build going to take?

We commit to a build time that we can accomplish without cutting corners but also understanding that time is important.

A typical 2- to 10-townhouse build usually takes around 9 to 14 months from the date we start on site.

Please contact us for more specific information about your proposed build.

When can you start my build?

If a full set of plans are ready and all town planning requirements are met, the building permit process will take around 6 weeks. After which we will be able to commence the build.

The typical wait time to start a build is about 3-6 months from the time you sign the contract with us.

We are currently fully booked for the rest of 2022, and we are now taking bookings for start dates in 2023.

Can you help me design my home?

We don’t offer architectural services at Eastbound, but we work closely with architects and designers who can help you design your dream home.

The architect we work with provides rendered images to help you imagine your home design and finishes.

Please contact us if you’d like an introduction to an architect.

How can I customise my fixtures and fittings?

We have a variety of package options for different styles and budgets.

As part of our consultation process, we’ll take you into showrooms to see all the fixtures like taps, handles, and tiles. Because nothing beats seeing fixtures in person.

If you have your heart set on a statement pendant lamp or special feature item that’s not part of any of our packages, just let us know. We can accommodate special requests.

We can also help you choose flooring and kitchen design options that look stunning and appeal to future buyers.
