In the building industry it’s common for clients to agree to a fantastic price, only to shell out extra costs for variations at the end of the project.

We do things differently.

We understand there will be changes along the way. That’s why we allow for all changes at cost, with no markup from us. Prefer different door handles? No problem: it’s already included in your package price. Different taps? No worries. Different shower head? Again, you have nothing to worry about. It’s all included.

We value transparency.

For all your fixtures and fittings, we allow for the retail price and use our industry connections to acquire them at a wholesale cost. As a result, these savings will be passed back to you.
